A tropical wave that is now in western Puerto Rico is interacting with an upper level low pressure trough that is in the Mona Passage. 9. A mixed bag of weather previaled this morning across the local islands depending on the locales proximity to an upper level low pressure and its associated precipitation. 10. A weakening upper level low pressure trough moved west across Puerto Rico during the night accompanied by scattered showers. |
