1.   Another proposal would eliminate the cap on how much money needy athletes can get from government-funded Pell Grants.

2.   Arguing the conservative side of the hotly-debated issue, DeLay, R-Texas, called on policy makers to eliminate caps on campaign contributions.

3.   A bill currently before Congress would eliminate the cap and make it a felony to withhold safety information from the government.

4.   Also, the cap will be eliminated if the tour operators switch to new, quieter aircraft, which many have already ordered.
