1. Add sparkling water, and top with two scoops vanilla frozen yogurt. 2. Cut into quarters and serve with reserved applesauce and vanilla yogurt. 3. Cut pancake into two or four portions and top with vanilla yogurt. 4. Flavors include cheesecake-flavored yogurt with cherry topping, banana cream yogurt with raspberry topping and vanilla yogurt with peach and apricot topping. 5. Heat until almost boiling, strain and blend with a cup of frozen vanilla yogurt. 6. Low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt or ice cream. 7. Or mix a large container of vanilla yogurt with two tablespoons lemon juice and partially pureed fruits to make creamy, multicolored pops. 8. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt. 9. Serve with vanilla frozen yogurt. 10. Serve compote chilled, garnished with a dollop of nonfat or low-fat vanilla yogurt or low-fat sour cream and sprigs of mint. |
