1.   For a Mediterranean flavor, dress them with oil, vinegar and a tablespoon or two of toasted mustard seeds such as in the following recipe.

2.   Garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds and serve with maple syrup, butter, and toasted pumpkin seeds.

3.   Place the toasted seeds in small bowl, add the olive oil, garlic, ginger, nutmeg and cardamom, and mix well.

4.   Sprinkle the toasted pumpkin seeds over the arrangement.

5.   This recipe calls for toasted pumpkin seeds and pine nuts but is equally delicious with walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts.
