1. Arrange toasted pita bread on large serving platter. 2. Accompany with toasted pita bread. 3. Depending upon the recipe, consider Italian-style flatbreads, flaky biscuits, rustic country breads, cornbread or toasted pita triangles and tortillas. 4. FATTOUSH -- Bread salad made with tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, toasted pita and sumac. 5. Garnish with lime slices and serve with pieces of toasted pita bread. 6. It goes well with bagel chips, toasted pita triangles, Melba toast or on cucumber or zucchini rounds. 7. ROASTED PEPPER HUMMUS Serve with heart-healthy crackers, toasted pita bread pieces, or vegetable dippers, such as cauliflower florets, baby carrots and celery sticks. 8.
