1.   David Vronay showed off PhotoStory, software for easily transforming static digital images into a narrated slideshow, complete with pans and zooms within images.

2.   In the future, Martin and others expect growers to show real-time images from packing houses on their Web sites as an antidote to static images of fruit.

3.   No one would argue that scrolling through static images and text matches the excitement of riding a real roller coaster.

4.   Some of my screen savers have partially static images that I would think are just as dangerous as any other image such as a home page or desktop wallpaper.
