1. Spread a little royal icing, first coloured green, over the cake drum and sprinkle the coconut over. 2. Gradually sprinkle this coconut onto the batter and fold it in. 3. Place a mound of avocado cubes in center of each plate and sprinkle coconut over all to garnish. 4. Sprinkle coconut over frosting. 5. Sprinkle the coconut on top and refrigerate until ready to serve. 6. Sprinkle coconut on sides and top border of cake. 7. Sprinkle coconut evenly over crumbs. 8. Sprinkle coconut on batter and press into batter until moist. |
