1.   Pat toasted coconut onto sides of cake.

2.   Toast the coconut in an ungreased frying pan or in the oven until golden, and allow to cool.

3.   Top pie with whipped topping and garnish with toasted coconut.

4.   FRESH coconut can be toasted in a microwave or conventional oven.

5.   Toss together well, adding the pounded dried prawns and toasted coconut.
