1.   Add the chopped shallots, lower the heat to medium-low and saute the shallots until they are just turning golden.

2.   Add the remaining oil to the pan, and saute the shallots until they begin to brown.

3.   Saute the shallots in melted butter.

4.   Saute the shallots in the oil until they begin to turn golden.
