1.   After this, the bread is removed from the oven but it is still drying out.

2.   Cool completely on wire racks before removing bread from cans or pans.

3.   Immediately remove bread from casserole and set on a wire rack.

4.   Remove bread from oven and invert pan on a large plate.

5.   Remove the bread from the heat and use a serrated knife to cut the bread into bite-size cubes.

6.   Remove bread from pans and let cool on rack.

7.   Remove bread from pan and drain on paper towel to absorb any excess grease.

8.   Remove the bread from the baking sheets and place on a rack.

9.   Remove the bread from the sheet and tap the bottom of the loaves.

10.   Remove bread, add stock and raise heat to medium high.
