1.   If not eating both grapefruit halves at the same time, keep the remaining filling in the bowl until ready to use.

2.   Combine noodles with all the remaining filling ingredients and using your hands, blend together well.

3.   Continue with remaining filling until you have used all wrappers.

4.   Pipe top edge with remaining cream filling.

5.   Repeat with Pan di Spagna, another third of the syrup, and the remaining filling.

6.   Repeat with remaining filling and won ton wrappers.

7.   Spread layer with half of remaining cream filling.

8.   Sprinkle the remaining filling evenly over the batter.

9.   Top with another layer and spread with remaining filling.

10.   Top with remaining filling.
