1.   If you are not offered the prompt to prepare the package for approval, there will be an error message next to one of the modules.

2.   If you are granting approval, you must have successfully prepared the package.

3.   The user has attempted to prepare a package for approval when the package is currently in the process of being approved.

4.   PI has failed to prepare the package for QA approval.

5.   These include preparing a package for approval and enquiring about the status of various QA activities.

6.   This option enables you to prepare a package for approval.

7.   If you are the Approver of the package, you must use this option to prepare the package for approval prior to granting approval to the package.

8.   The Manager may only prepare the package provided that the package has not yet been submitted for approval.

9.   The Approver may only prepare the package after the package has been submitted for approval.
