1.   Beat egg in bowl with a little salt and pepper, and place flour on plate.

2.   For Pastry, place flour, sugar, salt and egg yolk in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.

3.   In a bowl, place flour and season with salt.

4.   Pour milk over fennel, and place flour in a medium bowl.
