1. I bought wine glasses and a pizza stone for the tarte. 2. If baking on a pizza stone, lightly flour a wooden pizza paddle, or peel, and pat out dough on the peel. 3. If you have a pizza stone built into your oven, shape and top the dough right on the peel, and then slide it into the oven. 4. Place the screen directly on the hot tiles or pizza stone. 5. Place tiles or a pizza stone on an oven rack close to the bottom of the oven. 6. Slide pan into oven or slide focaccia onto preheated pizza stone or tiles. 7. Use a pizza stone to prevent burning the crust. |
