1.   After the long marchers had left the place, a peace procession led by Dipankar Talukder, MP, was brought out in the town.

2.   He said that the Awami League brought out only peace procession in the morning and in the evening from Shiddhirganj area.

3.   The local units of the BNP in different areas are also making preparations to bring out peace processions coinciding with the long march.

4.   They said the peace-loving people of the country would give a befitting reply to the BNP by holding a peace procession against the so-called long march programme.

5.   Also planned to mark the death anniversary will be a statue unveiling, a peace procession and painting exhibitions.
