1. Add fish sauce and oyster sauce and cook until meat is brown. 2. Add the carrots, bell pepper and turkey, then the oyster sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce. 3. Add the noodles and oyster sauce and toss with two chopsticks. 4. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, Chinese rice wine, sugar and broth and bring just to the boil. 5. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms and oyster sauce. 6. Add the oyster sauce and soy sauce, and stir. 7. Add the oyster sauce, stir and cook another minute and serve. 8.
