1.   Arrange the herb bouquets around the garlic.

2.   Add herb bouquet to beans and bring to a boil.

3.   Add the celery, carrot, yellow onion, herb bouquet, bay leaves and whole garlic.

4.   Remove and discard herb bouquet and serve sauerkraut hot with any pork dish.
