1.   Just before serving top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

2.   Set aside grated chocolate.

3.   Spoon dollop of cocoa whipped cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

4.   Sprinkle grated chocolate to cover.

5.   Fold in cooled margarine, vanilla essence and grated chocolate.
