1. Drain noodles in colander, rinse with cold water until cool, and drain again. 2. Drain noodles, return to pan. 3. Drain the noodles, then dump them into the oven pan and moosh around with the soy juices. 4. Drain noodles, then drop into boiling water. 5. Drain the noodles and spread out in a large serving platter. 6. Drain the noodles in a colander, and rinse under cold running water to remove the starch. 7. Drain the noodles, cool in ice water for five minutes, then drain thoroughly. 8. Drain the noodles, rinse with cold water and reserve. 9. Drain noodles and spoon into each of four large bowls. 10. Drain the noodles and rinse them off, then set them aside. |
