1.   A member of City Council Commission D for development affairs, Lukman Mokoginta, said yesterday he supported the system but disagreed with the involvement of private companies.

2.   Ali Wongso Sinaga, who heads Commission D for development affairs, called for thorough planning before the system was introduced.

3.   Also present were Minister of Social Services Justika Sjarifudin Baharsjah, and Deputy Jakarta Governor for development affairs Abdul Kahfi.

4.   City Councilor Lukman Mokoginta from Commission D for development affairs said the administration should make a periodical report for the council.

5.   Councilor Lukman Mokoginta from Commission D for development affairs said the municipality should have asked for a recommendation from the City Council for any transactions of the properties.

7.   Councilor Saud Rachman from Commission D for development affairs said the government should think about how to supply transportation companies with adequate and reasonably priced spare parts.

9.   Dr Jawad Anani was appointed deputy prime minister for development affairs, minister of foreign affairs.

10.   Golkar representative Siti Hardiyanti Rukmana said the new human rights section would be included in the section on legal development affairs.
