1. Spread a little royal icing, first coloured green, over the cake drum and sprinkle the coconut over. 2. Place in the centre of the cake drum. 3. Wrap the ribbon around the cake drum, securing with a little glue or royal icing. 4. Cover the cake drum with paper, wrapping tightly and securing underneath with sticky tape or glue. 5. Use to cover the cake, smoothing around the sides and over the cake drum. |
