1.   Anyone is permitted, even encouraged, to submit bug reports, wish lists of features and other feedback via the Web site.

2.   But both Microsoft and Gartenberg minimized the bug report.

3.   Fire off a bug report to this guy.

4.   The bug reports back to the original sender any comments added to the message, plus any replies to the forwarded message.

5.   The bug reports nevertheless appear to have spooked investors who fear the already delayed launch date may get pushed back further.
