1. Put the quiche on a baking sheet and place on the bottom rack of the oven. 2. Place on the middle rack of the oven with a small cake pan of boiling water on the bottom rack. 3. Place gratin dish on rimmed baking sheet and slide onto bottom rack of oven. 4. Place in oven on bottom rack. 5. Spread out the bread cubes in a baking pan and place on the bottom rack of the oven. 6. The closer the bottom rack is to the top of the cabinet, the easier and safer it is to unload. 7. Turn duck, meat-side down, and return to oven, placing pan from bottom rack on top rack, and vice versa. |
