1. Add the beef slices and coat well. 2. Lay beef slices out flat and thinly coat with mustard. 3. Plunk the beef slices into a bowl. 4. Spread beef slices on a baking sheet. 5. When oil is very warm but not hot, place beef slices on top of basil and sprinkle with salt to taste. |
