1. Layer them between sheets of wax paper and seal them in an airtight freezer bag. 2. Pat them dry on paper towels and freeze in small portions in airtight freezer bags. 3. Put that in an airtight freezer container. 4. Portion the vegetables into airtight plastic freezer bags, remove all air and freeze. 5. Shellfish should be placed in an airtight freezer bag before freezing. 6. Transfer to an airtight freezer bag and return to the freezer. |
