1.   Diplomats said they hoped the list could be as detailed as possible, but coming up with an agreed list may prove difficult.

3.   Ministers also adopted, after two years of discussions, an agreed list of Third World countries whose citizens will need a visa to travel through teh European Union.

4.   NATO would then be free to select its targets from an agreed list.

5.   Roberts made it clear however that voters wishing to use a route not on the agreed list could do so if they wished.
