51. A large, but weak disturbance moving inland across California will promote high clouds over the mountains and low clouds at the coast. 52. A stripe of low clouds along and behind the cool front will span from the northern Middle Atlantic Seaboard to parts of the central Appalachians. 53. A slot of dry air will cause a period of sunshine before low clouds return. 54. A thick marine layer will fashion morning low clouds and fog along much of the coast of southern California, suppressing temperatures in places where stratus clouds persist. 55. A warming trend will begin in the Northwest, although cool air and low clouds will linger near the Washington coast. 56. A wealth of low clouds will linger over the eastern Great Lakes through Saturday morning. 57. Abundant low clouds will linger in the wake of low pressure over the Gulf states. 58. After morning low clouds lift, much of the Northeast coast will have hazy sunshine with isolated thundershowers. 59.
