31.   Tap bottom of pan and remove cake.

32.   Then use a putty knife or ice scraper to dislodge and remove cakes of mud and grease adhering to the blacktop.

33.   To assemble cake, remove cake from refrigerator and remove plastic wrap from cake.

34.   To remove cake from pan, lift it by the edges of the parchment paper, carefully remove paper, and transfer to a platter.

35.   To remove the cake from the pan, run a knife around the edge of the pan.

36.   To remove cake from pan, run a sharp knife around the edges and gently pull cake from pan.

37.   Turn bowl over to remove cake.

38.   When fat is sizzling, remove bean cakes from paper and add to pan.
