31.   With a modicum of available moisture, the disturbance will produce mainly high and middle clouds from Oklahoma and northern Texas to Louisiana, southern Mississippi and southern Alabama.

32.   With little moisture from the Gulf of Mexico, these disturbances produced piecemeal, generally light precipitation over the East.

33.   In the Plains, a weak disturbance produced some showers and occasional thunderstorms in Iowa, southeastern Nebraska, and northern Missouri.
