11. Remove ribs from grill and cut between the bones. 12. Remove ribs from marinade and place on a lightly greased grill or broiler pan. 13. Remove ribs from marinade, scraping off vegetables. 14. Remove ribs to platter, trying to keep a bone in each piece, and cover with foil to keep warm. 15. Remove ribs from container, reserving marinade. 16. Remove ribs from cooking pot and discard liquid. 17. Remove ribs and reserve broth for soup or freeze for another time. 18. Remove ribs from packets and place on grid. 19. Remove ribs of fresh or dried lime leaves, crush and cut into large pieces. 20. Remove the ribs from the pan and let them cool. |
