11.   Remove cakes from pans and cool on a wire rack.

12.   Remove the cake from the water bath and cool completely on a rack.

13.   Remove cake from oven and gently push the dried bean into the bottom of the cake.

14.   Remove cake from pan and cool.

15.   Remove cake from pan and peel off parchment paper.

16.   Remove cakes from pans and let cool.

17.   Remove the cake from the oven, release it from the pan and position it right side up on the rack.

18.   Remove the cake from the pan, and invert it.

19.   Remove cake from oven and cool in pan on a wire rack.

20.   Remove cake from oven and frost while still warm.
