11.   Place bread slices on a foil-lined baking sheet.

12.   Place bread slices on baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

13.   Place remaining bread slices on top of cheese and ham.

14.   Place remaining bread slices over cheese, then sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

15.   Spread remaining bread slices with remaining Roquefort mixture and close sandwiches.

16.   Top bread slices with tomato mixture, dividing evenly.

17.   Trim bread slices to fit pan and place a single layer in pan bottom.

18.   Using a fork, press the bread slices down to soak them in the egg mixture.

19.   When fire is hot, lay bread slices on rack.
