The increased wind flow out of the east to southeast will create choppy conditions across the coastal waters this afternoon. 93. The light wind flow should allow for sea breezes to converge across the interior of Puerto Rico for typical afternoon showers and thunderstorms. 94. The more accurate conditions are produced by disturbing the wind flow with small blocks on the floor of the tunnel. 95.
