1. Drain in a sieve, reserving any juices. 2. Strain the fruit, reserving the juice then soak all the break in the fruit juice in a shallow bowl. 3. Add the remaining melted butter and reserved pan juices and continue to mix. 4. Chop the oysters, taking care to reserve any juice. 5. Drain and chill, reserving the juice. 6. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. 7. Drain pears, reserving juice for another use. 8. Drain tomatoes, reserving juice, and coarsely chop tomatoes. 9. Drain clams and reserve clam juice. 10. Drain in a sieve and reserve juices. |
