1. In a large skillet, add enough oil to coat the bottom. 2. Add enough peanut oil to just coat the bottom of the pan. 3. Add enough olive oil to a heavy cast-iron skillet to coat the bottom. 4. Add peanut oil to coat bottom, and allow to heat until slightly smoking. 5. Add the oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. 6. After a minute, add the oil, tilting the skillet so it coats the bottom. 7. Coat bottom of a roasting pan with oil or non-stick spray. 8. Coat the bottom of a saute pan with a tablespoon or two of the vinaigrette and set over high heat. 9. Coat the bottom of the prepared casserole with some of the cream reduction. 10. Coat bottom with a layer of marinara. |
