1.   Dried Juniper berries are widely available in whole berry form, about half the size of small blueberries.

2.   Arrange whole berries, pointed sides up, all over the top.

3.   Arrange the remaining whole berries in the cooked crust.

4.   A mixture of cream cheese, sugar, ginger and white chocolate was wrapped around whole berries filled with a little minced, crystallized ginger.

5.   Combine the strawberries with the brown sugar, reserving a few whole berries for decoration, correct for sweetness and let the berries macerate.

6.   Decorate the top with whole berries.

7.   Garnish with whole berries.

8.   Pour into a tall glass and garnish with whole berries.
