1.   Coil rope and tuck ends under.

2.   Roll the loaf gently back and forth to set the shape before baking and check that the ends are tucked under.

3.   Tuck the ends of the loaf under and try to keep the raisins under the taut surface of the skin.

4.   Tuck the ends underneath the folds or knot.
