1.   After a quick tour of Sarajevo, Jimmy Carter traveled to Pale today to urge Serbs to sign onto a peace plan they have repeatedly rejected.

2.   Churkin met with Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic in Belgrade on Monday, then traveled to Pale for overnight talks with rebel leader Radovan Karadzic.

3.   He planned to travel to Pale today.

4.   He might also travel to Pale, outside Sarajevo, to collect evidence from the Bosnian Serbs, the source said.

5.   UN Deputy Civil Affairs Coordinator John Wright will travel to Pale to meet the senior Bosnian Serb official Mico Stanisic, a UN spokeswoman in Sarajevo said.
