1.   He has since been sent to state prison on auto theft charges and is awaiting trial on the threat charge.

2.   During his sentencing earlier this month, Brown objected to any domestic violence conditions because he was acquitted of the threat charge.

3.   If convicted of the threat charge, he could be sentenced to life in prison.

4.   The dangerous threat charge arose after he was alleged to have threatened to kill an al Fayed bodyguard after his arrest in May.
