1.   The pilots were filmed bailing out of their stricken jet and photographed surrounded by their Bosnian Serb captors.

2.   Witnesses reported hearing an explosion and seeing fire trailing from the stricken jet seconds before it hit the ground.

3.   Lt. Codeluppi said the stricken jet was on a routine training flight over northern Italy when it developed engine problem.

4.   The pilot of the stricken jet bailed out safely and no one was killed.

5.   Flights resumed late Wednesday after the stricken jet was finally towed from the runway for repairs.
