1.   Crisp filo pastry slices are filled with bramley apple, sultanas, and black cherry with kirsch and must be served warm.

2.   Another time, top microwaved broccoli spears with a drizzling of melted butter mixed with fresh lemon juice and serve warm.

3.   At the moment they include an adorable buche de Noel, served warm and decorated with meringue kisses, marzipan holly leaves and miniature chocolate Christmas trees.
