1.   Incidental catches of surprisingly tough-warring mackerel, sand bass and calico bass were thrown in the mix.

2.   It produces excellent catches of sand bass during the early-spring runs.

3.   Jigs attract many game fish, including white seabass, calico bass and sand bass, along with bonito and yellowtail when they are in the region.

4.   Spotted bay bass, sand bass and calico bass are not uncommon catches.

5.   The most recent surveys also showed a high catch rate of adult sand bass and blue catfish.

6.   The other target species in the program are calico bass, sand bass, spotted bay bass, black sea bass, yellowtail and California halibut.

7.   The Romines, Sam Williams and Ray Murphy collected a batch of crappie, sand bass and catfish for the weekend fish fry.

8.   Through experimentation, they have found the keys to catching finicky largemouth bass, striped bass and sand bass at lakes Fork, Possum Kingdom and Cedar Cedar Creek.

9.   You get a lot of kelp bass, sand bass and perch.
