1.   Breedlove had hoped to set the speed record at Bonneville, but salt mining and hard use has made the course impractical for him.

2.   Interest in keeping salt mining here extends far beyond the hills of the Genesee Valley.

3.   The unregulated salt mining, which has left huge underground caverns below the city, has caused hundreds of buildings to collapse into the earth.

4.   Salt mining is another problem.

5.   The salt mining which through the centuries has provided Tuzla with its wealth is now proving its downfall -- literally.
