2.   And frozen methane high in its atmosphere produces wispy clouds.

3.   An exception will be over eastern New England where moist air spiraling westward around low pressure near Nova Scotia produces scattered clouds.

4.   At the same time, the moist lower atmosphere produced abundant clouds by midday, curtailing the warming process.

5.   A cold front pressing into the Southwest will produce some clouds and scattered showers, mainly in the Four Corners region.

6.   A chilly wind from the northwest will produce clouds and scattered flurries over the upper Great Lakes.

7.   A brisk onshore flow across Florida will produce clouds and scattered showers over the southeast counties.

8.   A moistening onshore flow will produce clouds in southern Texas.

9.   A rising column of warm air from this region would encounter cold air, and the resulting condensation might produce a cloud.

10.   A strong jet stream disturbance will move onshore in the West, producing high clouds in Northern California and showers in Nevada.
