1. Add the basil, ricotta, yogurt, blue cheese and vinegar to the processor work bowl. 2. In same processor bowl, pulse undrained tomatoes until coarsely chopped. 3. Next put the cod into the processor bowl. 4. Remove the sauce from the processor bowl and fold it gently but thoroughly into the mayonnaise. 5. Rinse the processor bowl. 6. Spread a piece of plastic wrap on the counter and turn the dough out of the processor bowl onto it. 7. Then remove the skin, place the flesh in the processor bowl and puree. |
