1. Add olives, raisins and pepper flakes and chop fine by hand or in a food processor. 2. Add cumin, paprika, chilies, oregano and pepper flakes. 3. Add oregano and pepper flakes and bring to a boil. 4. Add the tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper flakes. 5. Add salt to taste and pepper flakes. 6. Add the broth, citrus zest, coconut milk and pepper flakes. 7. Add the peas, fennel and pepper flakes. 8. In a large nonstick frying pan, combine the tomatoes, wine, orange zest, garlic, vinegar and pepper flakes. 9. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the hot sauce or pepper flakes if desired. |
