Abundant sunshine and seasonable conditions will cover the Northeast seaboard from New York to Portland, Maine, on Sunday while the brisk winds of Saturday subside. 5. Along the northeast seaboard, the day will be partly sunny and cool, though a few cloudy periods are likely over some areas. 6. By midday, a broken band of potent thunderstorms will erupt over interior sections, nearing the Northeast seaboard by evening. 7. Clouds and chilly breezes will cover the Northeast seaboard while farther west and south, partly sunny, warm weather affects the southern Great Lakes and Ohio Valley. 8. Cloudy and cool weather will persist near the Northeast seaboard with spotty light rain and drizzle. 9. Cooler air will arrive along the Northeast seaboard as high pressure builds across southern Canada. 10. Farther north, a more widespread rain with embedded thunderstorms will drench the Appalachians and Northeast seaboard. |
