Low pressure approaching Quebec City will draw mild, moist air into the Northeast, with a little rain likely along the southern New England coast. 5. More heavy rain is likely along the Southeast Coast as tropical moisture streams north ahead of Harvey. 6. Rain is most likely along the coast as relatively mild air from the ocean gets drawn inland. 7. Snow is also likely along the west slopes of the Sierras and in the Bitterroots. 8.
