1.   After the Irish colt drew even with the California colt at midstretch, the two raced in tandem as the finish line grew ever nearer.

2.   Then it was six lengths of daylight back to old Fourstardave, and six more back to Binary Light, with the Irish colt Astudillo fifth and last.

3.   The two other contenders are Irish colts Ahsanabad and Sights On Gold.

4.   Frankie Dettori guided the four-year-old Irish colt past Mikio Matsunaga on Fabulous la Fouine in the final furlong.
