1.   It will cut down on the fishy taste.

2.   Karnal bunt, which reduces yields and gives wheat a fishy taste, has been found in Arizona only on one variety of durum wheat, Reva.

3.   Strong and acidic flavors such as lemon, wine, vinegar, ginger, onions and garlic also minimize fishy tastes or smells.

4.   The fungus poses no risk to human health, although at high levels it gives the grain a fishy taste and smell.

5.   There was none of the fishy taste or smell I dreaded.
